At Central West Customs, all of our products are made to order and custom printed.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind
• Custom/personalised designs

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the issue

If approved, we will offer:

• A replacement item, or
• A refund where applicable

Please ensure all custom details, sizing, and uploaded images are correct before placing your order.
